Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Faceless Video Generator (“the app”) or the texttovideogenerator.net website (“the site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

The app is provided free of charge for Windows 10/11. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or repackage the app without prior written permission.

You retain full ownership of the scripts you write, the videos you generate, and any other content you create with the app. We claim no rights over your output.

Some features (AI image generation, script assistance, premium voices) require you to supply your own API key for a third-party provider such as Together AI, Groq, fal.ai, Replicate, Runware, Hugging Face, or ElevenLabs. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, pricing, and acceptable-use policies. We are not responsible for the availability, cost, output, or content moderation decisions of any third-party provider. You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for any usage charges you incur with those providers.

You agree not to use the app to generate content that is illegal, infringes on others’ intellectual property rights, or violates the acceptable-use policies of the third-party providers you connect to the app.

The app and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or site, including costs incurred with third-party API providers or loss of content.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app or site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
